EXPECTATIONS VS REALITY
Johnny was concerned that updating from his paper centric process to include modern tools and a paper free process, would be a long project and cost him more than he could afford. He was talking his peers and other business owners to get some understanding and learn where to look for a solution. Many had good experiences but there was many bad examples as well. He learned that getting live fast is important and that whatever tool he decides to go with, it has to be a great match or to be able to adapt to his process. The product had to be very easy to use, flexible and very customizable. He knew that they would need training and great support to get there.
THE EYE OPENER MOMENT
Johnny was browsing the Internet to find different options. He wanted something specifically designed for lawn care and landscaping companies, and he came across NetDispatcher. After looking at many of the various video presentations, he felt like wanting to see more. He contacted their sales representative and ended up talking about 30 minutes. He felt like they really listened and understood his challenges. Johnny agreed to send few example documents to see how his requirements would be met. The next day he sat down in front of his computer to join an online meeting where the same person he talked to before, went through a demonstration with him. To Johnny’s surprise, his materials and the process he had sent and talked about, was already in NetDispatcher. In 60 minutes, he saw his business being run in the system! He was blown away and excited. After seeing a lot of other products, this was the first that really seemed like it handles everything his company needs. Johnny wanted to show it to his managers, get them behind the project and really make them key people to drive the change. He setup another meeting to show it to his key employees to get their comments and feedback.
After few more discussions, Johnny felt his challenges would be solved with NetDispatcher.
